The waterfall lies in Wencheng County, which is the hometown of Liu Ji, who was the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The Baizhang Ji Waterfall is surrounded by high peaks, cliffs and odd rocks. There also is Tianding Lake with area coverage of 5.4 square kilometers. Tens of islands dot the lake. The scenic area looks even more attractive with the luxury green and colorful flowers.
