The Grand View Tower is also named as Qiao Building. It is located on the West Street of Shizhong District in Yibin City, Sichuan. The oblong tower is 28 meters high, 31.6 meters long and 20.4 meters wide. The whole tower was divided into four levels.

The lowest floor was built with stones where it has crisscross channels in the center to allow carriages to pass. There are two 29 steps stone staircase leading to the balcony on the west side of the tower. The other 3 levels were all made of wood with high raising brims and the windows built around to brighten up the inner tower.

The whole tower is very fancy and elegant, preserving the conventional tower style of China. It is similar with Tiananmen in style. Visitors not only can read books from the library but also able to enjoy the architectural at the same time.
